New Shipping Policy Effective June 13 2010 After receiving feedback from several customers about the high cost of shipping we have decided to make some changes to our shipping policy. In the past we shipped using US Postal service flat rate boxes with tracking and insurance. We have decided we can shave about 2-3 dollars off shipping costs by dropping the tracking and insurance options. This will drop our shipping costs to $4.95 for a small flat rate mail box which measures 8 5/8" x 5 3/8" x 1 5/8" and $10.70 for the medium flat rate box which measures 11" x 8 1/2" x 5 1/2". If you want insurance and tracking on your order please let me know in the comments section during your checkout. I will send a invoice through email for the difference in cost. The downside to this less expensive shipping is that we will not be responsible for lost or damaged items. You are paying the post office good money and they should be ones responsible. In the past I have reshipped lost orders out of my own pocket to try and make things right. I cannot afford to do that. You can save a couple bucks on shipping or get insurance. We recommend you choose to get insurance |
