Doin it the old way! From: Robert Comments I grew up on a small farm south of Cabot. My father was a cotton farmer in my early life and we raised just about all our food. My mother canned enough to last us through the winter and we butchered hogs and beef each year. We always had chickens for plenty of eggs and one chicken to eat each Sunday. Milking the cows and running the milk through a cream separator was a regular occurrence along with using the churn to make butter. Wood stoves, a well to draw water right outside the back door, and an outhouse stocked with old Sears & Roebuck catalogs were just the norm. My mother also made lye soap once or twice a year and I hadn't had any until I noticed that Triple C sold it so I just had to get some. Now every time I use it or just smell it, I reminded of my mother and watching her make it. I admire Scott and family for keeping the "old ways" going and living a more natural life. I'm hoping I can remember to check the website so I can get more goodies before they're sold out. Thanks y'all. As you can see from the photo, I'm liking your products. Robert

I received my box yesterday and I have to say, I put the comfrey salve on my 5 month old with the horrible eczema while we were still in the car . By last night the spot I had put it on was not red anymore and so smooth ! I have now covered his whole body (besides his head of course) in it, can't wait for him to feel better ! I highly recommend ordering from Scott and his family ! Thank you so much ! Will be ordering from you again soon ! Amy

Hi Scott! I got my soap and comfrey salve day before yesterday and forgot to
come post! As soon as I opened the box, I smelled a heavenly aroma coming
out, lol. It was the salve. I didn't expect it to smell so good! I rubbed a
little dab on a dry patch on the back of my hand, and within an hour I could
already see a noticeable difference.
I think this just might work for my leg scarring, woo hoo! Although I may have to start ordering it in a five gallon tub, lol. 
It's a huge area, about 12" long by about 6-7" wide. That's why I ordered
two jars, a large area to cover and a really bad scar with surrounding
hardened and dried skin (I know too much information, lol). It may take
several batches to get it cleared up completely, but if it works as good as
I think it's going to, I'll definitely be ordering more. I haven't tried the
soap yet, but plan to tomorrow. Thanks so much!

I love, love, love the comfrey salve. My leg has made remarkable progress in
healing in just a few weeks, after almost a year of everything else my
doctor and I could think of to try. She approves of the use of herbal
products, but even she couldn't believe the difference!

Received my honey from Triple C Homestead today!!! Dipped a spoon and YUM! Wonderful, clean, and with a citrus finish. I immediately spread some almond butter on bread, added a couple tablespoons of honey, and had a sandwich :c) That should make me run an extra couple of miles tomorrow... THANK YOU SCOTT.
